Asychronous Learning Environment
This elearning module is designed to educate employees on security policies, practices, and procedures to keep organizational data safe from security breaches. Elearning was chosen for its remote training possibilities and its proven effectiveness delivering compliance knowledge to employees.
Synchronous and Asynchronos Learning Environment
As workforces become more remote, the need to create an impactful onboarding experience is critcal. This design utilizes Microsoft's Teams environment incorporating synchronous and asychronos learning activites. Teams has the ability to provide collaboration, knowledge management, and video tutorials all in one interface.
Synchronous In-Person Instructor Led Session
This 1-day in person instructor led session is intended for newly promoted managers that have direct reports. An instructor led session was chosen for its effectiveness in educating employees on soft skills. This session includes didactic instruction, role playing scenarios, worksheet activites, knowledge checks for each module, and post training activites to ensure job transfer.
